Hello and welcome to PalomaTalk!

This website is designed to help you learn the basics of using apps and Internet on your smartphone, as well as various websites on your computer, to be better connected to your friends, family and social groups.

You can learn on your own terms and at your own pace with our simple and comprehensive tutorials. We explain everything from the very basics and up, so you will feel comfortable even if you are a complete beginner!

You can use our tutorials in any order that is convenient for you. If you are a beginner smartphone or Internet user, we recommend to start with the BASICS, however if you’ve already got that down, you can simply head to the tutorial for the app or website that you want to use and dive right in!

Learning to use the Internet for communication can be a little confusing in the beginning - but it is very rewarding (we promise!) and we did our best to design this website to make things as easy as possible. Even learning to use one or two applications on your phone can bring you closer to your family and friends - in no time at all you will be able to make video calls, share photographs, chat with your neighbours from the safety of your home and do many other amazing things! If you would like to share these tutorials with someone else, you can find printable versions on each tutorial's homepage. We welcome further distribution of our materials, as long as their use remains non-commercial and they retain a link to our website.
